Mike listened carefully to my ideas and created a design that was unique, up-to-date and beautiful. He was open to my ideas and offered creative and sound suggestions when asked. The 3-D CAD drawings provided enabled me to better envision the finished project. He was sensitive to my inexperience, anxiety and budget constraints. His attention to detail and superb craftsmanship helped to create a finished product that far surpassed my expectations. | MJP Construction in an excellent and very professional company to work with. They helped us make remodeling decisions that were in our best interests from providing 3-D drawings with the original plan to help us envision what the remodel would look like to being extremely flexible and recommending changes in order to make optimal use of the limited space we had. We especially appreciated the change in plan to move to an L-shaped vanity and the change to incorporate the linen closet in the hallway versus bathroom (to optimize vanity space) along with the design help that Mike Preble provided in tile and fixture selection for the bathroom area. Mike Preble takes responsibility for any work he contracts out and only used reliable and experienced companies and was always on site to supervise the work they did. MJP Construction was prompt in completing the work and they always left the site neat and clean and at the end of the project even steam cleaned the carpet and hallway area (nice surprise!!). They worked with us to keep our master suite re-model within budget and performed many extras (recessed units, vanity change, tile on shower seat) at no additional cost. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was great in every aspect of the project from tiling to crown molding to the custom built walk-in-closet. The outcome was lovely and we are thoroughly enjoying our bathroom and have received many compliments on the remodel. It is very comforting to have a dependable contractor, such as yourself, on-site to provide this task...
